
The club exists for the benefit of its members to help deal with difficulties related to
cardio-vascular problems. It aims to support, encourage lifestyle changes, to promote improvements in general health and promote exercise for coronary fitness. It provides a social programme to build friendships and offers visits, meetings and lectures.It has the support of the Dronfield Sports Centre to encourage participation in supervised fitness programmes by qualified instructors with insurance.
At the
Peel Centre, every Monday from 10.30 12.00 noon. Fund raising events for equipment and other projects maybe held from time to time to support club objectives.The club is open to new members in the Dronfield area who have experienced cardio-vascular problems and their partners.
On the application form of the main candidate they will be asked to confirm whether they....

... Have undergone heart surgery
... Have angina
... Have high blood pressure requiring treatment with Medication.
